Background

The unifying theme throughout my career is problem solving. A background in fine art and technical support started the foundation of my work in Product Design, where I've discovered my favorite part is solving problems before users can ever encounter them. I find pain points and turn them into elegant and intuitive interfaces where users can focus on their goals.

My specialty is rapid prototyping that quickly tests requirements to find the best solution before moving on to the more time-consuming and costly development process. I've been integral in the redesign of two CRMs - one for Hyatt Hotels and one for NeonCRM, SaaS for nonprofits. I am currently working on BMW's Connected App as well as personal projects.
