Background

A background in fine art and technical support are the foundation of my work in product design, where I combine my skills to solve problems. I find pain points and turn them into elegant and intuitive experiences where users can focus on their goals.

My specialty is lean discovery and rapid prototyping to quickly test requirements and find the best solution throughout the development process. I currently design risk and compliance systems for Lexis Nexis. I've been integral in the redesign of two CRMs and I contributed to BMW's Connected App.
